The target group is companies wanting to reduce the time spent on employee planning, communicating plans, handling changes to plans, and integrating to wage systems. For mainly smaller companies, the easy-to-use web-based solution offers integration of several employee-related processes.
The solution is highly efficient, low-cost, and easily accessible for professional managers with few IT skills. The web interface offers accessibility for all employees around the clock on any PC and integrated use of SMS makes communication of any changes to plans quick, easy, and always up-to-date.
