Evolva listed on the Swiss stock exchange

(14.12.2009) Evolva Holding SA today announced its listing on the main standard of the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: EVE). Prior to its listing Evolva SA completed a Series B financing round of a total of CHF 44 million. SEED Capital manages a substantial share holding in Evolva through Symbion Capital and we see the listing as a very positive and promising development for Evolva.
